What areas do I you work in?

This is a question I am asked regularly. While the bulk of my business is on the Eastside, I am frequently traveling North, South and to Seattle to serve my clients. With the technology available to me today, I have the ability to be extremely knowledgeable on the whole region. The technology, skills and relationships I have developed over the last 15 years allows me to serve clients in a broad area. The only real consideration becomes travel times - which I generally limit to a 30-45 minute drive at non-peak commute times. The map below illustrates the location of the clients I have helped buy or sell a property since 2000.
