Homestone Mortgage

Virgina has been in the loan business for the last 13 years. In most cases, Virginia can have your loan approved in a week or less. She offers programs and rates from over 30 of the largest national lenders. Virginia's programs include Conventional Fixed Rate Loans, Adjustable Rate Loans, VA, Construction, Land Loans, Bridge Loans and many more. Her goal is to make a loan on every finance-able transaction.

Teresa Hollenbeck
Commonwealth Title

Teresa works for Commonwealth out of their Bellevue branch. Here extensive knowledge of the title provides my clients with detailed and specific information on neighborhoods, such as the sales history and the covenants and restrictions that effect our clients property. Teresa also assists me with the marketing of my listings and helping to find potential buyers.

Chicago Title & Escrow

Jane is the Senior Escrow Closer at the Bellevue branch. She experienced in every aspect of closing a real estate transaction. Jane makes sure that every thing happens on time and that no details are missed. She is a consummate professional and treats my clients with the respect and professionalism that they deserve.

Ryan Lepine
Lepine Inspection Service

Ryan is the owner of Lepine Inspection Service and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He has been performing inspections since 2000 and was trained first hand by his father Leonard who performed inspections since 1985. In addition to standard home inspections, Ryan is licensed to perform pest inspections and is known as one of the area experts on LP siding and the issues thereof. He encourages my clients to attend the inspection which normally takes about 2 hours. Ryan also supplies a written report to my clients when he has completed his inspection.
